The share price of Yatra Online Ltd. rose in early trade on Tuesday after the company's recent developments in change of management.
The travel agency had informed the bourses that post the resignation of Rohan Purshottamdas Mittal as the Group Chief Financial Officer, Anuj Kumar Sethi has been appointed as an interim CFO till a new officer is approved.
Sethi has completed his course from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and has served as CFO of the company in his earlier stint, as well as in the senior finance and accounts role. In his earlier employment, he was associated with Airfreight Ltd., as per the exchange filing.

The scrip rose as much as 3.22% to Rs 81.12 apiece, advancing two sessions in a row. It pared gains to trade 2.23% higher at Rs 80.34 apiece, as of 09:30 a.m. This compares to a 2.07% advance in the NSE Nifty 50 Index.
It has fallen 31.20% on a year-to-date basis and 45.98% in the last 12 months. Total traded volume so far in the day stood at 1.6 times its 30-day average. The relative strength index was at 47.84.
Five out of five analysts tracking the company maintain a 'buy' rating, according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target implies a downside of 45.1%.
