Vedanta Ltd. has announced a meeting of its Board of Directors to consider and approve the first interim dividend for FY26. The meeting is set to take place this week.

In a stock exchange filing post market hours on June 13, Vedanta said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on Wednesday, June 18, to consider and approve the first interim dividend on equity shares, if any, for FY26.
“Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be scheduled on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, to consider and approve the First Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26,” the filing said.
It added that the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for receiving the dividend, if declared, is June 24.

In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for designated persons from June 14 to June 20.
Vedanta Q4 Results 2025
The company reported a 14% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated revenue to Rs 39,789 crore in Q4 FY25. Consolidated EBITDA was up 30% YoY to Rs 11,618 crore. EBITDA margin rose by 465 basis points YoY to 35%. Profit after tax jumped 118% YoY to Rs 4,961 crore.

In 2024, the company announced four interim dividends of Rs 11, Rs 4, Rs 20 and Rs 8.5. In 2023, it announced four interim dividends of Rs 12.5, Rs 20.5, Rs 18.5 and Rs 11. In 2022, it announced interim dividends of Rs 13, Rs 31.5, Rs 19.5 and Rs 17.5 per share.
Vedanta Ltd. shares closed 0.63% lower at Rs 461 apiece on the NSE on Tuesday, compared to the benchmark Nifty50 settling at 24,853.4, down 0.37%.
