Kush Bohra, founder of Kushbohra.Com and Shahina Mukadam, an independent market expert, shared their views on specific stocks. Read below their insights.
Axita Cotton
Kush Bohra: Bohra doesn't expect any upside in the stock. There was a base formation at around Rs 12 level. From his perspective, the stock clearly should be avoided. Bohra gives it a 'Sell' rating.
IndusInd Bank
Shahina Mukadam: For a short–term holding period, IndusInd Bank Ltd. is continuing to look weak even from current levels. For long term, a recovery is possible because valuation is not expensive. The issue is the quality of the balance sheet, which is seeing a lot of cleanup. The Reserve Bank of India has come up with a lot of norms for unsecured lending. IndusInd Bank is affected by that.
For short term, a switch is suggested to larger banks.
Piramal Pharma
Shahina Mukadam: From losses last year, after all the restructuring it did, the company started to make slight profit. The company has good plans in terms of business also. It's a 'Hold' at current levels.
Siemens
Shahina Mukadam: The overall capital investment seen in the first half for the capital infrastructure segment was a bit lower. But, now it's expected to pick up; so 'Hold' is recommended.
Skipper
Kush Bohra: "Skipper Ltd. has been our Diwali pick. The first target is Rs 616. It has corrected a little along with the markets because of the run it witnessed," he said. Bohra remains very bullish on the stock. The target price is at Rs 700. The good support is at Rs 540 mark. As the buying pressure is lower, the level will act as stop loss now, he added.
