Union Bank of India, Afcons Infrastructure Ltd. and Infosys Ltd. are some stocks that will be on the radar on Thursday.

Union Bank's board approved to raise long-term bonds up to Rs 20,000 crore, and issue of green or sustainable bonds up to Rs 5,000 crore.

Afcons Infrastructure received a letter of award worth Rs 1,283 crore from Hindustan Gateway Container Terminal Kandla Pvt., while Infosys expanded partnership with Siemens AG to Accelerate Digital Learning with Generative AI.

  • Globus Spirits: Oil marketing companies invited quantity bids for ethanol made from the FCI rice at the price of Rs 58.5 per litre for the period February-July 2025.

  • GR Infraprojects: The company emerged as an L-1 bidder for EPC project worth Rs 262 crore for Western Railways, with a completion period of 24 months.

  • JK Paper: The board approved acquisition of majority stake in Quadragen VetHealth Pvt. for cash consideration of Rs 300 crore.
