Vikas Jain, head of research at Reliance Securities, has shared his top stock recommendations for Wednesday. Jain suggests buying Torrent Power Ltd. and Dalmia Bharat Ltd., while advising to sell Macrotech Developers Ltd. (Lodha). Here are the details of his recommendations:
Torrent Power Ltd. has a 'buy' recommendation from Jain with a stop loss at Rs 1,350 and a target price of Rs 1,545. The company is involved in the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity and operates in several states.
Jain also advised buying Dalmia Bharat Ltd. with a stop loss at Rs 1,930 and a target price of Rs 2,250. Dalmia Bharat is one of India's largest cement manufacturers, with a strong presence in the southern, eastern, and northeastern regions of the country.
For Macrotech Developers Ltd. (Lodha), Jain recommends selling with a stop loss at Rs 1,530 and a target price of Rs 1,300. The realtor which operates with the Lodha brand specialises in residential and commercial properties. The company has a significant presence in Mumbai and Pune, and is mainly involved in luxury and affordable housing projects.
