Most sectoral indices on National Stock Exchange erased losses. The NSE Nifty Finance was the top gainer while the NSE Nifty Oil & Gas was top loser. The benchmark Nifty 50 and Sensex continued to gain. The Nifty 50 is expected to face strong resistance at 25,150.

Shares of JSW Steel Ltd. fell over 1% on Monday after the company posted its first-quarter results for fiscal 2025-26 on Friday. JSW Steel recorded a 45% rise in its consolidated net profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

Shares of JSW Steel fell as much as 1.56% to Rs 1,018.30 apiece.
