Europe Market Update: Most Share Indices Fall 

Most share indices in the eurozone decline in the first session post Easter break as heavyweight Novo Nordisk plunged on competition concerns, as per agency reports. Eli Lily's, Novo Nordisk's competitor, recent weight loss pill study stoked fears that it will steal market share.
