Shapoorji Pallonji and Co. Pvt. will sell 23.7 lakh shares, representing 1.2% stake of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd., through an offer-for-sale.
The offer will be open from Aug. 12 to 16 and the floor price is Rs 270 apiece, according to an exchange filing.
Shapoorji Pallonji is the promoter of the green energy company and held 24.95% stake in the company, as on June 30.
IIFL Securities and DAM Capital Advisors will be acting as the brokers for the transaction.
