(Bloomberg) -- Call Billie Joe Armstrong -- U.S. stocks just had a Green Day.
The S&P 500 Index spent the entire session in positive territory for the first time since Jan. 26, its last all-time closing high.
Monday's low of 2,622.45 was roughly three points above Friday's closing price for the benchmark gauge.
