Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd.'s Q2 FY22 revenue, Ebitda and adjusted profit after tax were ahead of our estimate – as recovery in delivery business was ahead of our estimate.
The company reported 26.3% same-store-sales-growth over 20% de-growth in Q2 FY21. Hence at the store level the company has reached pre-Covid-19 sales level.
Delivery/takeaway grew by robust 36.8% /72.2% respectively versus Q2 FY20.
Despite significant inflation, Jubilant FoodWorks was able to restrict gross margin fall to 50 basis points. We attribute this to increase in delivery charges during the quarter.
