JSW Infrastructure Allots Commercial Paper Worth Rs 1,000 Crore
The commercial paper, set to mature on Sept. 30, 2025, "are being listed on BSE Limited", the company said.

JSW Infrastructure Ltd. on Wednesday said that it has issued and allotted commercial paper aggregating to Rs 1,000 crore.
The company's exchange filing stated that the date of allotment of the commerical paper is April 15, 2025, while they are set to mature on Sept. 30, 2025.
According to the disclosure by the port and logistics operator, the commercial paper "are being listed on BSE Limited".
While the face value of each commercial paper is Rs 5 lakh, they are being offered at an issue price of Rs 4,84,177.50 apiece, the filing added.
They will have a yield rate of 6.88% per annum and have a discount rate of 7.10% per annum, it stated.
Earlier, on April 5, the company had intimated via stock exchange filings that CARE Ratings Ltd. has reaffirmed the rating assigned to the company's commercial paper as CARE A1+.
For the third quarter of the financial year 2024-25, the company had reported a 32% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 330 crore.
The company's revenue climbed 26% year-on-year to Rs 1,182 crore, whereas the earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation increased by 22% to Rs 586 crore. The Ebitda margin contracted to 49.6% from 51%.
Shares of JSW Infrastructure Ltd. closed 0.57% higher at Rs 306.60 apiece on the BSE, compared to a 0.40% advance in the benchmark Sensex.
