Indian Energy Exchange Ltd.'s consolidated net profit jumped 10.8% for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2026. The company also declared a final dividend of Rs 2 per share, as per an exchange filing from the company on Thursday.
The record date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders is May 15. The final dividend, if approved by the shareholder at the ensuing annual general meeting, will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval by the shareholders, the filing said.
The company's net profit went up Rs 10.8% YoY (year-on-year) to Rs 130 crore compared to Rs 117 crore in the year-ago period. IEX's revenue saw a 22.5% YoY uptick to Rs 174 crore compared to Rs 142 crore in the preceding financial year. The firm's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) saw a 23.1% YoY increase to Rs 149 crore from Rs 121 crore in the previous fiscal. The company's Ebitda margins expanded 85.68% YoY from 85.27%.

Share price of IEX saw a 0.91% increase to Rs 126.92 at the end of the day's trade, compared to a 0.84% downturn on the NSE Nifty 50.
