(Bloomberg) -- Nasdaq Inc.'s stock exchange in Copenhagen will introduce a new trading period at the end of each day where investors can continue to buy and sell shares at the closing auction price.
The new phase, to be called Trading at Closing Price, will run from 5 p.m. to 5:10 p.m. local time, starting Wednesday, the exchange said in an emailed statement. It will address new demand from investors as closing auction turnover on the Danish exchange accounts for a growing share of the average daily volume, Nasdaq said.
