A tragic road accident on Hyderabad's Outer Ring Road has claimed the lives of Telugu actor and content creator Bharath Kanth and cinematographer G Sai Trilok, leaving the Telugu film and digital creator community in shock. The accident took place late Sunday night near Adibatla, where the car they were travelling in crashed into a container truck near Exit 12 on the ORR.

Both Bharath Kanth and Sai Trilok were 31 years old.

Who Was Bharath Kanth?

Hailing from Nellore district in Andhra Pradesh, Bharath Kanth had slowly carved a space for himself in Telugu cinema and online entertainment. Known for his dance videos, acting projects and social media presence, he had built a loyal following among younger audiences.

He appeared in films such as Gramam and Tenant, besides working in web content and short-format digital projects. Bharath was also active as a YouTuber and influencer, with more than 40,000 followers on Instagram and thousands of subscribers on YouTube.

Sai Trilok, who was travelling with him, worked as a cinematographer and digital creator associated with several online and film projects.

What Triggered The Accident?

According to police officials, Bharath Kanth was behind the wheel when the accident occurred. Investigators believe the car hit the rear side of a container lorry moving ahead on the highway. The collision was so intense that both occupants suffered fatal injuries at the scene itself.

Adibatla Inspector B Ravi Kumar confirmed the incident and said: "When the car reached near Exit Number 12, Bharat Kanth, who was driving the vehicle, rammed into a container truck ahead. Both Bharath Kanth and Sai Trilok died on the spot due to serious injuries.”
