Share allotment of the Rs 840.25-crore DAM Capital Advisors IPO is set to be finalised on Tuesday. The book-built issue received a strong response from investors. The issue was subscribed 81.88 times as bidders applied for 1,70,76,86,129 shares against 2,08,04,632 shares on offer, NSE data showed.
Retail investors booked 27.13 times the shares reserved for them, while non-institutional investors subscribed their quota by 98.62 times. Qualified institutional buyers placed bids for 166.33 times their reserved portion. The employees' allocation in DAM Capital Advisors Ltd. was booked 40.55 times.
The mainboard issue consisted only of an offer-for-sale portion of 2.97 crore shares aggregating to Rs 840.25 crore. The issue was open for subscription from Dec. 19 to Dec. 23. The DAM Capital Advisors IPO price band was fixed in the range of Rs 269 to Rs 283 per share.
