Five IPOs Set To Launch Next Week With Eight Listings On The Horizon
Five new IPOs are set to launch, including one mainboard IPO and four SME IPOs
The upcoming week promises to be busy for investors as five new IPOs are set to launch, including one mainboard IPO and four SME IPOs. Alongside these new offerings, eight companies are scheduled to list.
In the mainboard category, Laxmi Dental Ltd. will open its Rs 698.1-crore initial public offering on Jan. 13. This three-day IPO will consist of a fresh issue of Rs 138 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 560.1 crore. The price band for the issue is set between Rs 745 and Rs 785 per share, with the market valuation at the upper end estimated at Rs 2,352 crore. The shares will be listed on both the BSE and NSE, and the IPO is expected to attract significant interest due to the size and price range.
Alongside Laxmi Dental's IPO, four small and medium enterprises are launching their IPOs next week. The EMA Partners India Ltd. IPO will open for subscription on Jan. 17 and close on Jan. 21, with a price band between Rs 117 and Rs 124 per share. The issue includes a fresh issue of Rs 66.14 crore and an OFS of Rs 9.87 crore.
Similarly, Land Immigration Consultants Ltd. will open its IPO on Jan. 16, closing on Jan. 20, with a price band of Rs 70 to Rs 72 per share. The issue is entirely a fresh issue, aiming to raise Rs 40.32 crore. Rikhav Securities Ltd. will also launch its IPO on Jan. 15, which will close on January 17. The Rs 88.82 crore issue includes a combination of a fresh issue and OFS, priced between Rs 82 and Rs 86 per share. Kabra Jewels Ltd. is offering a fresh issue of Rs 40 crore, with its IPO opening on Jan. 15 and closing on Jan. 17. The price band for Kabra Jewels IPO is set at Rs 121 to Rs 128 per share.
8 IPO Listings Scheduled
In addition to the new IPOs, the week ahead will also witness eight IPO listings. On Jan. 14, Quadrant Future Tek Ltd. and Capital Infra Trust InvIT are set to list on both the NSE and BSE. Standard Glass Lining Technology Ltd. will make its debut on Jan. 13.
Meanwhile, five SMEs are also making their market debut between January 13 and Jan. 17. Indobell Insulation will list on Jan. 13, while Avax Apparels and Ornaments and BR Goyal Infrastructure will debut on Jan. 14. These companies will list on the BSE SME platform. Additionally, Delta Autocorp and Sat Kartar Shopping will be listed on the NSE and BSE SME platforms on Jan. 14 and Jan. 17, respectively.
