(Bloomberg) -- President Donald Trump defeated Democrat Joe Biden in Florida, the Associated Press projected, securing a key swing state in his bid for re-election.
Florida, which Trump narrowly won in 2016, accounts for 29 Electoral College votes. Nationwide, 270 votes are needed to win the White House.
