Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical company Biological E has applied for emergency use approval for its Covid-19 vaccine Corbevax for the 5-12 year age group, ANI reported citing official sources.
The vaccine is expected to cost Rs 145 excluding taxes and will be administered in two doses within prescribed intervals, according to the report.
The vaccine maker applied for Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials in September last year.
