(Bloomberg) -- U.S.-listed shares of Embraer SA jumped as much as 31 percent to $26.25 after the Wall Street Journal reported that Boeing Co. has been in talks to acquire the Brazilian aircraft maker. The companies are awaiting word from the Brazilian government, which has veto power over a sale, on whether it would allow the deal to go through, the Journal said.
