(Bloomberg Businessweek) -- Sometimes, dealing with downpour is all about appearances. Last summer, at the World Cup, French President Emmanuel Macron had a winning public-relations moment when he was caught without an umbrella at the trophy presentation in his neatly traditional Jonas & Cie. suit, smiling and cheering through the pouring rain. You don't need to go that far, but in your battle against the elements, you'll come out dry—and looking like a winner—with these nine items.
Stutterheim Chelsea Rainwalker boots ($160) are a German twist on the original British slip-on. The natural rubber is comfortable enough to get you to the office and neat enough to wear all day.
