(Bloomberg) -- The brewing industry is overwhelmingly male and White at almost every level, according to the first ever diversity benchmarking report by the Brewers Association, which gathered data from 48 states and about several hundred owners. The group said the goal of the survey is to establish a baseline so that brewers can measure their own workforce and the industry can track progress in the future.
