Tribunal to Hear Plea Against Sebi Order on MF Distributors on Friday

Mumbai: The Securities Appellate Tribunal will on Friday hear a plea by Financial Planning Supervisory Foundation against in-principle approval given by market watchdog Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to Institute of Mutual Fund Intermediaries (IMFI) for a self-regulatory organisation (SRO) for mutual fund distributors.
