Trai got over 4,000 complaints against telcos in FY12

Telecom regulator Trai received 4,133 service-related complaints in 2011-12, with majority against Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and Reliance, the government said on Friday."The number of service-related complaints received by Trai during 2011-12 is 4,133.
