Snapdeal To Launch Property Sale From October 5; Offers Discount

New Delhi: Online marketplace Snapdeal today announced a property sale on its platform, offering 10 per cent discount on basic selling price to customers, as well as other freebies.

The Diwali real estate sale starts from October 5 and will continue till October 21. This is the second edition of real estate Diwali sale on Snapdeal. Last year, it sold nearly 150 homes in 7 days, the company said in a statement.

The shopping festival features apartments from leading real estate developers including Prestige Group, Puravankara, Kolte Patil Developers, Provident Housing, Panchsheel Group, Sreejan Realty, Rohan Lifescapes and Sikka Group, among others.

The apartments on sale are available in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Jaipur in a price range of Rs 30 lakhs to Rs 5 crores.

"Customers buying real estate on Snadpeal will be able to avail of home loans from State Bank of India (SBI) at lowest interest rate. In addition, buyers can also avail of exclusive offers like 10 per cent discount on Base Selling Price, 25:75 payment offer, discounts upto Rs 6 lakhs," Snapdeal said.

Freebies on offer from developers include cars, iPhones 6s handsets, iPads, gold coins and more.
