Kick is now behind 3 Idiots (Rs 395 crore), Chennai Express (Rs 422 crore) and Dhoom 3 (Rs 542 crore) in terms of worldwide box-office collection, says the report.

Kick in terms of domestic box office collection ranks third highest grosser of all time after Krrish 3 and Dhoom 3. Kick has collected over Rs 230 crore net so far at the domestic box office, behind Krrish 3 (Rs 240.50 crore) and Dhoom 3 (Rs 280.25 crore), according to Koimoi.com.

Kick, released ahead of Eid, crossed the Rs.100 crore mark on the fifth day after its release. Salman Khan's earlier Eid releases like Wanted and Ek Tha Tiger turned out to be super hits.

Kick's success makes Salman Khan the first Bollywood actor to have seven Rs 100 crore movies to his credit, according to trade analyst Taran Adarsh: Ek Tha Tiger, Dabangg 2, Bodyguard, Dabangg, Ready, and Jai Ho. Also, starring Randeep Hooda, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Jacqueline Fernandez, Kick hit over 5,000 screens in India on July 25 as well as 42 other countries.

With Kick, director Sajid Nadiadwala has also moved into record books. He has become director whose first movie has grossed over Rs 200 crore. (With Agency Inputs)
