Developers can expect a return of 20 percent in the coming years, according to Anand Piramal, executive director of the Piramal Group.
The company's real estate arm Piramal Realty launched a luxury project in South Mumbai at an investment of around Rs 4,400 crore. Piramal said the real estate company plans to double its land bank size in the next two years.
