Pync Founding Team Joins Snabbit As Quick Home Services Market Scales In India

Pync Founding Team Joins Snabbit As Quick Home Services Market Scales In India

Snabbit, India's leading quick home services platform, announced that it is joining forces with the founding team of Pync to strengthen its leadership bench as the category enters a decisive growth phase.

The move comes as India's quick home services sector undergoes a structural shift from informal, offline arrangements to organized, platform-led execution, driven by urban consumers seeking reliability, speed, and predictability in household services.

Founded by Harsh Prateek, Mayank S., and Dev Priyam, Pync focused on solving everyday household needs through an on-demand model. The team's experience in managing multi-category operations and working closely with service partners and customers will now bolster Snabbit's operations and business functions. Alongside the founders, Snabbit will also onboard 20+ Pync team members.

Aayush Agarwal, Founder of Snabbit, said: “High-frequency home services is the largest consumer internet disruption of this decade. It's a complex business that demands operational excellence and relentless execution. I'm excited to welcome Harsh, Mayank, and Dev to Snabbit as we build the category of the decade.”

Harsh Prateek, Co-Founder of Pync, added: “We've been building in the same category and share a strong alignment on operations, consumer experience, and scale. Combining our lean multi-category expertise with Snabbit's scale will create an exceptionally strong team.”

Snabbit has built a full-stack operating model emphasizing sourcing, training, scheduling, and workforce support to deliver predictable, high-quality service. Today, it leads in 90% of the pincodes it serves. Pync, founded in 2023, served over 25,000 households with 1,000+ service professionals and was onboarding 200 new partners weekly before the integration.

India's home services market is one of the country's largest under-digitised consumer opportunities. As urbanisation rises and lifestyles become more time-constrained, demand for reliable, on-demand domestic help is surging. Often described as India's last major offline habit moving online, the category is entering a defining phase where operational depth and consistent fulfillment will determine winners.
