Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. is eyeing an occupancy of 89 percent in the April-June quarter as the holiday season sets in this summer.

The hospitality arm of the Mahindra Group expects higher memberships from Tier-II and Tier III cities, driven by higher income levels of households, to fuel future growth.
