Larsen & Toubro Ltd. on Wednesday said it plans to raise up to Rs 1,400 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.
L&T, however, didn't elaborate in an exchange filing the reasons for the fundraising.
“The company proposes to issue rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures aggregating up to Rs 1,400 crore...,” L&T said in the filing.
