(Bloomberg) -- Britain slid in a global survey on fostering and attracting talent, falling to 23rd place out of 63 in IMD Business School's annual World Talent Ranking report. That's ominous for the U.K., which already risks losing highly skilled scientists, soccer players and bankers after Brexit.
