New Delhi: The Finance Ministry has come up with a fresh set of voting options to seek public opinion on prioritising funding allocation for social sector schemes in the budget for 2016-17.
The netizens would have the option to give their preference on Twitter whether 'Swachh Bharat', 'Make in India', 'Skill India' or 'Digital India' should have higher allocation in the Budget, which is to be unveiled by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on February 29.
"Your views matter!! Which scheme needs more focus in Budget2016? We invite your suggestions. Please vote Swachh Bharat/Make in India/Skill India/Digital India," the Finance Ministry said in a tweet.
