Anupam Rasayan Targets Rs 4,000-Crore Topline
Anupam Rasayan aims to achieve revenue of Rs 3,000-4,000 crore, supported by its strategic deal with Basquevolt and the proposed acquisition of Bliss GVS Pharma, Deputy CFO Vishal Thakkar told NDTV Profit. The transaction is expected to be completed by September, with the integration process already underway, while the company remains comfortable with its current debt-to-EBITDA ratio.
