SSC CHSL 2025 Notification Released: Check Direct Link To Register For 3,131 Group C Vacancies
The candidates can register for the Group C posts through the official website of the SSC from June 23 to July 18.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued the notification for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Examination 2025. It aims to fill 3,131 Group C vacancies. The notification is available on the official website of SSC: ssc.gov.in.
The exam is open to candidates who have finished class 12 and fall in the age group of 18 to 27 as on Aug. 1, 2025.
The vacancies pertain to lower divisional clerk, junior secretariat assistant and data entry operator posts across various ministries and central government departments.
“The Staff Selection Commission will hold a competitive examination for recruitment to the Group C posts viz. Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Secretariat Assistant and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals,” the notification read.
Steps To Apply For SSC CHSL 2025
1. Go to the official website of SSC, ssc.gov.in.
2. Click on the link, “SSC CHSL 2025”.
3. Finish the registration process using documents such as your PAN and Aadhaar card.
4. Enter the required personal and academic information.
5. You need to upload a passport-size photo along with a signature.
6. Applicants from the general, EWS and OBC categories need to pay an application fee of Rs 100. No fees are applicable for applicants from the SC, ST and PwBD categories, and the female candidates.
7. Ensure all the information you have entered is correct and submit the application.
SSC CHSL 2025: Important Dates
The application window for the SSC CHSL 2025 opened on June 23. The deadline for applying is 11 p.m. on July 18. The last date to make the online fee payment is 11 p.m. on July 19. The window for making corrections in the application form will be open from June 23 to June 24.
The Tier-I exams will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The exams are scheduled between Sept. 8 and Sept. 18. The Tier-II exams will be held between February and March in 2026.
