Karnataka SSLC Result 2025 OUT: 62.34% Students Pass; Check Results Now @karresults.nic.in

The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) announced the Karnataka SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) results for 2025 today, May 2. Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa held a press conference and made the announcement at 11:30 AM on Friday.

The pass percentage in the 2024-25 SSLC examination was 62.14%, up from 53% last year.

SSLC Results 2025: Top 3 Districts

Dakshina Kannada district (91.12%), Udupi district (89.96%), Uttara Kannada and Shivamogga districts have secured the top four positions.

22 students achieved a perfect score of 625/625, including two students from government schools.

Students who appeared for the Class 10 exams can now check their results online through the official portal, https://karresults.nic.in/. Link was made active at 12:30 PM.

The Karnataka SSLC examinations were held from March 21 to April 4, 2025, across multiple exam centres in the state. Around nine lakh students appeared in the examination, which makes this one of the most significant educational events in the state.

To check your Karnataka SSLC result for 2025, follow these easy steps:

• Visit the official result portal, https://karresults.nic.in/.

• On the homepage, locate and click the link for ‘SSLC 2025 Exam – 1 Result Announced on 02/05/2025.’

• Enter your roll number and date of birth as prompted.

• Your result will be displayed on the screen.

• Download your scorecard and save a copy for future reference.

It is advisable for students to double-check all the information displayed on their scorecards. In case of any discrepancies, candidates should promptly contact the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) for clarification.

Official Announcement Of SSLC Results

The KSEAB Karnataka SSLC result will be officially announced by Madhu Bangarappa, the state's Minister for School Education and Literacy, at 11:30 am on May 2, 2025, from the KSEAB office in Bengaluru. The event will provide a formal declaration of the results.

Pass Criteria And Further Steps

To pass the Karnataka SSLC exams, students must secure a minimum of 33 marks in each subject, along with an overall aggregate of 33%. This ensures that students meet the basic academic requirements to advance to higher education. 

Students who successfully pass the SSLC exams can look forward to pursuing further academic avenues, such as enrolling in Class 11. 

Supplementary Exams

Students who do not meet the required pass marks will have an opportunity to improve their scores through supplementary examinations. These exams serve as a second chance for candidates to fulfil the criteria needed to advance to the next academic level.
