You may have seen cars flying in cartoons or car fanatics must have dreamt about it. The Chinese automaker, however, has made this wild dream a reality with its YangWang U9. This is a driverless car that jumps over potholes!
The electric car rocks the stylish looks of a McLaren and can drive at 120 KMPH.
Now, for the folks still doubting, an actual miracle moment video is released by the car maker. The model is seen making a 2.5 metre long and 6 metre wide jump in the video released.

In another clip, the EV is also seen tackling a bed of spikes about 3.5 cm with ease. If this did not widen your eyes, there's more. The BYD YangWang is an electric autonomous driving supercar that can roll the street without a driver at the wheel. The price tag on this flying wagon is around $2,30,000, as per reports.
With the cinematically cool looks, one cannot deny that the Chinese EV looks straight out of a Bond movie. The vehicle also charges as fast as your mobile phone. The company claims that the car can charge from 30% to 80% in just 10 minutes.
BYD YangWang U9 is equipped with a wide range of impressive advanced technology. The electric car is able to make these jumps with the help of its advanced suspension system, Discus X. This modern tech comprises of an Intelligent Damping Body Control System, an Intelligent Hydraulic Body Control System and an Intelligent Air Body Control System.
These fantastic systems combine to provide the supercar with an ability to ‘bounce' over obstacles. As per BYD, the bouncing is dependent on the kinetic power of the suspension of the car.

The promising U9 was unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show with another trick up its sleeve where it rolled onto the centre stage on 3 wheels. From the house of the world's largest EV maker, the BYD YangWang U9 has the claim that it can sprint from 0-100 kmph in under 2 seconds which literally means in the ‘blink of an eye'.
