New Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Video Shows Light, Easy To Operate Device
While Samsung has made the Z Fold 7 slimmer and lighter compared to the Fold 6, it has also made the device bigger.

Just a couple of days before Samsung unveils the Galaxy Z Fold 7 at Galaxy Unpacked on July 9, a leaked video shows that its easy to operate the new book-style foldable with one hand, despite a larger display.
Reputed tipster @iceuniverse has posted a hands-on video on X that showcases the Z Fold 7’s expansive display and beautiful viewing experience. @iceuniverse specifically shows the Z Fold 7’s usability with one hand, which looks to be greatly improved over the previous generation.
While Samsung has made the Z Fold 7 slimmer and lighter compared to the Fold 6 — shedding a little bit of weight — it has also made the device bigger, with a larger and more enriching display.
The video further shows the Fold 7’s One UI 8 OS and how it smoothly launches an app and easily sends it to the background.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Expected Specs
Based on recent leaks and reports, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is expected to have the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset under its hood. The primary camera is tipped to be an improved 200MP one, along with a 10MP selfie shooter with 100-degree field of view.
The Z Fold 7’s outer display will likely be 8 inches, while the inner one should be 6.5 inches. It could be just 4.2 mm thick when unfolded and 8.9 mm in its folded state, and weigh just 215 gm. The frame is expected to be armoured aluminium, with a glass ceramic rear panel.
Samsung has already said that the Z Fold 7 will pack "powerful Galaxy AI features designed specifically for the foldable form".
The Z Fold 7 could come in three storage variants, 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB.
