Motorola is set to launch the Razr 60, its latest foldable smartphone, in India at noon, May 28. Inspired by a purse-like design, the device was introduced globally in April, and will now be available for Indian consumers through Flipkart.

Dedicated product pages have already gone live on Flipkart and the Motorola India website, building anticipation ahead of the launch.

India-Specific Variant With Distinct Colour Choices

The Indian edition of the Razr 60 will be released in a single storage configuration — 8GB RAM paired with 256GB internal memory. Unlike the global version, which featured an extra Parfait Pink colour and offered up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, these options will not be available in the initial Indian launch.

Motorola is, however, offering Indian buyers three unique colour variants — Pantone Gibraltar Sea, Spring Bud and Latest Sky.

Foldable Innovation Backed By Software Longevity

The Razr 60 will ship with Android 15 right out of the box and Motorola has committed to supporting it with three major OS upgrades and four years of security patches.

The phone comes equipped with a 6.96-inch POLED LTPO main display (1,080 x 2,640 pixels resolution) and a 3.63-inch cover display with a resolution of 1,056 x 1,066 pixels. The outer screen is shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, offering better resistance against scratches and drops.

Hardware And Camera Capabilities

Under the hood, the Razr 60 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400X chipset. It features a dual-camera system on the rear comprising a 50MP main sensor and a 13MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, users will find a 32MP selfie camera, making it a solid option for content creators and video callers alike.

The handset is rated IP48 for resistance to dust and water. A 4,500mAh battery powers the device, supporting 30W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging — suitable for heavy daily use.

Price Yet To Be Announced

Although Motorola has not officially disclosed the pricing for India, the Razr 60 carries a price tag of $699 in the US (around Rs 60,000). This gives potential Indian buyers a rough estimate about pricing ahead of the formal announcement.
