Motorola on Wednesday launched the Edge 60 Pro in India. This comes after the company recently debuted the Motorola Edge 60 Stylus and Motorola Edge 60 Fusion in the country.

Amid the buzz around the latest device from Motorola, potential customers and tech enthusiasts have started a comparison between the Motorola Edge 60 Pro and the Motorola Edge 50 Pro.

Here’s a thorough look at the key features of the Motorola Edge 60 Pro and the Motorola Edge 50 Pro.

The Edge 60 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch 1.5K quad-curved pOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 4500 nits peak brightness. In contrast, the Edge 50 Pro has a 6.7-inch Super HD curved display with a 144 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 2000 nits.

The Motorola Edge 60 Pro has a soft leather back and rounded corners. It comes with an IP68 and IP69 rating and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The Edge 50 Pro’s design comprises vegan leather back and aluminium frame. It comes with an IP68 rating for protection from water. 

A MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme chipset powers the Edge 60 Pro. It is coupled with 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. In contrast, a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 Mobile Platform processor powers the Edge 50 Pro, combined with up to 12 GB LPDDR4X RAM.

The Motorola Edge 60 Pro comes with a 6000 mAh battery with 90 W TurboPower charging support. On the other hand, the Edge 50 Pro is equipped with a 4500 mAh battery with 125W TurboPower charging.

The Motorola Edge 60 Pro comes with a triple camera arrangement that comprises a 50 MP main camera with a Sony LYTIA 700C sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide camera with macro capabilities and a 10 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.

In contrast, the Edge 50 Pro is equipped with a triple camera setup comprising a 50 MP primary camera with OIS, a 13 MP ultrawide camera and a 10 MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom.

Motorola Edge 60 Pro is now available at a special price of Rs 29,999 on Flipkart. On the other hand, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro came with a starting price of Rs 31,999.

Currently, the Moto Edge 50 Pro is being sold at a starting price of Rs 27,999 on Flipkart.
