Honor 400 smartphone, part of Honor’s latest launch, has caught everybody’s attention with its promise of six years of software warranty.
Launched in the UK and Europe on Thursday, the mid-range smartphone has appeared with a 200 MP camera for AI-based photography. It is also packed with a 5,300 mAh battery for lasting use.
The smartphone maker has come up with a 6.55-inch AMOLED display for the Honor 400 model, delivering vibrant visuals and sharp details. With support for 1.07 billion colours, AMOLED technology ensures high contrast and excellent colour accuracy.
It measures 156.5 mm in height and 74.6 mm in width and runs on MagicOS 9.0, built on Android 15. It weighs 184 grams including the battery. The Honor 400 runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 octa-core chipset, designed to deliver smooth multitasking.
In terms of camera setup, the smartphone comes with a 200MP Ultra-clear AI main camera. It also has a 12MP ultra-wide camera and supports up to 30x digital zoom. Video recording is supported up to 4K (3840×2160 pixels). A wide range of capture modes enhances versatility, including AI Super Zoom, Night Shot and Pro Mode. The selfie camera is a 50 MP camera.
The device features an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance. Its 5,300 mAh battery is made with lithium polymer silicon-carbon technology.
The Honor 400 is available in two memory configurations: 8GB RAM with 256GB storage and 512GB storage. The device also includes a comprehensive set of sensors, including a gravity sensor, fingerprint sensor, compass, ambient light sensor and an ultrasonic proximity sensor.
The model is available in four colours: Desert Gold, Meteor Silver and Midnight Black.
