Destructoid said that when Swiss retailer Brack website listed its GTA 6 pre-order page mistakenly, perhaps in preparation for the eventual launch, the listed price was 99 Swiss francs, which, as of March 11, converts to 111.88 today. We can round it off to $112.
What makes it certain is that, Destructoid avers that the store actually reacted to customer queries and said the price was correct. It indicated that this was not a random pre-order page, but the real thing.
Does that mean the GTA 6 price is officially that of Rockstar? Not at all, stores may list the amount they have in mind on their own and it may be lower or higher than this.
As GTA 6 launch draws near, more and more retailers may do the same.
And then there is the big matter of taxes. each country has a separate import tax structure and the GTA 6 price will have to include the same as per every country.
So, whatever the GTA 6 price hike comes to, near $100-mark or over the $110-mark, you better start saving more than what you budgeted for.
