Bangalore International Airport Ltd., the operator of Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru, has collaborated with KPMG India to harness the capabilities of generative artificial intelligence.
The partnership aims to enhance airport operations and efficiency by leveraging gen AI models within a flexible and adaptable architecture.
The partnership seeks to deliver a gen AI platform tailored to BIAL's operational ecosystem in an attempt to redefine airport operations while enhancing customer experience. By processing and analysing vast datasets in real time, powered by a flexible technology stack, the platform will generate predictive insights for creating adaptive solutions that evolve with operational demands.

The platform would automate routine tasks and provide insights and real-time AI-driven support across airport functions. It will look at incorporating stringent data privacy measures, adherence to responsible AI principles, cybersecurity protocols and scalability across various domains in an airport ecosystem.
