This will be the first time IPL Fan Parks are held in Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh), Dimapur (Nagaland), Karaikal (Puducherry), Manbhum, Purulia (West Bengal), Rohtak and Tinsukia, the BCCI said.

The Indian Premier League is set to return with its 18th edition on Saturday, March 22, bringing a two-month-long action-packed annual cricket extravaganza.
IPL 18 matches will be played across 13 cities in India. The craze of IPL remains unmatched in India, with fans booking their travel plans in advance to witness the high-octane action and catch a glimpse of their favourite teams. Those unable to attend the matches are glued to their televisions and streaming platforms, breaking viewing records with every game.
To take this excitement to the next level, the Board of Control for Cricket in India is bringing Fan Parks to 50 cities across India to enhance the audience's viewing experience. These parks will be set up across 23 states and one union territory. The move aims to create a stadium-like experience for the viewers.
"The 2025 edition of the IPL Fan Parks will span 10 weekends, starting on March 22, 2025, and concluding on May 25, 2025. From Tinsukia (Assam) in the northeast to Kochi (Kerala) in the south and from Amritsar (Punjab) in the north to Goa in the west, the Fan Parks will cover the length and breadth of India," the IPL said.
The Fan Park initiative was started in 2015 to bring the IPL closer to fans in cities that do not host IPL matches. The entry is free, and viewers can pay if they want to buy food and merchandise. The Fan Park will be held during the weekends.
"Complete with live match screenings, music, entertainment, food courts, a kids' play zone, and exciting activations including a virtual batting zone, bowling through nets, face-painting zones, replica dugouts, a cheer-o-meter, and 360° photo booths, the IPL Fan Parks have aimed to engage fans and bring the thrill of the IPL to every corner of the country since their inception in 2015," the IPL said.
The first Fan Parks for IPL 2025 will be open in 5 cities: Rohtak (Haryana), Bikaner (Rajasthan), Gangtok (Sikkim), Kochi (Kerala), and Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu). Every weekend Fan Parks will be set up across different states.
As per the BCCI, it is the first time IPL Fan Parks will be held in Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh), Dimapur (Nagaland), Karaikal (Puducherry), Manbhum, Purulia (West Bengal), Rohtak and Tinsukia.
