India's active case load fell as the nation reporter fewer fresh cases in the last 24 hours.As many as 12,830 people tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry's update as of 8 a.m. on Oct. 31. That compares with 14,667 recoveries during the same period.
