We recently interacted with the management team of Varun Beverages Ltd. to get an update on the company's performance during the ongoing peak business season (April-May-June).
Our key takeaway from the interaction is that the peak season sales have been better YoY despite the impact of statewide lockdowns during 2021 season.
Even though lockdown was imposed across 95% of the states in India, it was much better prepared given the learnings of the previous year.
