Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd. - Prince Pipes is one of the leading plastic pipes manufacturers in India. The company possesses 6% market share of an overall industry. Prince Pipes offers wide range of products used in plumbing solutions, sewage and underground drainage works, irrigation solutions and storage solutions. With seven‐strategically located plants across India, Prince Pipes has a total 259,000 tonnes per annum installed capacity. Hence, we believe, the company to be one of the key beneficiaries of expected industry growth.
CSB Bank - CSB Bank has structurally sound underlying asset quality but markets are starting to misprice transient asset quality issues centered around the gold loan book. The bank had the lowest gross non performing asset ratio in our comparison universe at 2.7% as of FY21. This has since spiked to 4.9% as of Q1 FY22 but the matter is not as worrisome as it seems.
