Pidilite Industries Ltd. announced the acquisition of 100% stake in Huntsman Advanced Materials Solutions Private Limited – subsidiary of the U.S.-based Huntsman Group.
Once concluded, this deal would give the company the rights to manufacture and supply well-known brands such as Araldite, Araldite Karpenter, and Araseal in India.
The consideration for the deal is Rs 21 billion, amounting to 5.25 times Huntsman's sales of Rs 4 billion in 2019.
