Affle India Ltd. announced acquisition of Jampp, a mobile user acquisition and app retargeting company based in Argentina.
Jampp does programmatic user acquisition (find more people to install and engage on apps) by analysing the in-app behavior of client's users and contextual signals (similar to Affle India).
It also automatically generates multiple ad variations and use machine learning to rotate them and keeps the ones that drive more conversions.
The company has agreed for total consideration of $41.3 million which includes $26 million of upfront consideration and earnouts of another $15 million to be paid over next three years.
