Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd.'s equity business continues to improve even as management aspires for further improvement: The lump sum inflows into the recent new fund offer have been good.

While lump sum flows are improving, SIPs have been the key driver of flows. The SIP flows for the quarter were Rs 37 billion while the SIP AUM stood at Rs 770 billion. Overall, a large component of the flows have gone into the thematic funds.

Fund flows are improving outside thematic funds as well but Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC is not yet satisfied with these flows.
