Yes Bank is scheduled to announce its Q4 and FY25 financial results following a board meeting on April 19. "This is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of YES BANK Ltd. (the “Bank”) will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Mumbai, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter (Q4) and Year ended March 31, 2025," Yes Bank said in an stock exchange filing on April 8.
Yes Bank Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
As part of SEBI's regulatory requirements, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the bank shall remain suspended till two days after the publication of results for designated persons and their immediate relatives, the lender informed the bourses.

Yes Bank Q3 Results
Yes Bank posted a stellar performance in Q3, with net profit doubling year-on-year to Rs 612 crore. Sequentially, the bottom line rose 11%. Provisions and contingencies fell sharply, down over 50% YoY to Rs 259 crore. Its net interest income (NIM) grew 10% year-on-year to Rs 2,223 crore.
Asset quality remained stable. Gross non-performing assets (GNPA) stood at 1.6% at the end of the December 2024 quarter, remaining flat sequentially but declining 2% on a YoY basis. Net NPA remained unchanged at 0.5% from the previous quarter, down from 0.9% a year ago.
