Solar Engineering, procurement, and construction firm Waaree Energies Ltd. is set to join the bandwagon of companies announcing their Q3 results this week.
The Mumbai-headquartered company has India's largest aggregate installed capacity of 13.3 gigawatts. It owns and operates a 5.4 GW cell manufacturing facility in Gujarat and a 1.5 GW one in the USA. Waaree Energies is primarily focused on solar PV module manufacturing. The company's total market capitalisation is valued at around Rs 60,000 crore.

Waaree Energies Ltd. in a filing to exchanges on Jan. 24 confirmed the schedule to announce its Q3 earnings.
"This is to inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 to, inter alia, consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company, on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2024," the company states.
In line with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for designated individuals and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the announcement of the results.

Waaree Energies will hold a conference call for analysts/institutional investors to discuss the company's Q3 performance on Jan. 31. "A conference call for analysts/institutional investors will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 02:00 p.m. (IST) in respect of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024," the company stated.
Waaree Energies' top management-- Amit Paithankar (Whole Time Director & CEO), Sonal Shrivastava (Chief Financial Officer), Abhishek Pareek (Group Head- Finance) and Rohit Wade (General Manager- Investor Relations) – will participate in the analyst call.

Waaree Energies posted a sharp 17% year-on-year rise in its net profit at Rs 375.66 crore in Q2 versus Rs 320.12 crore a year ago. This was despite revenues remaining nearly flat. Waaree Energies rose 1% YoY to Rs 3,754.38 crore in Q2 FY25 from Rs 3,537.3 crore in the year-ago period.
